White Director of the Notre Dame Center for Ethics and Culture and professor of law at Notre Dame Law School, traveled to Croatia to deliver a lecture at "Kulfest: A Festival of Progressive Culture," cosponsored by NGOs Vigilare and the Centarza Obnovu Kulture.
