The Virtual Colloquium on Thomas Aquinas and Natural Law, organized by the Notre Dame Beijing Global Gateway, the Jacques Maritain Center at Notre Dame, and the Thomistic Institute at the Angelicum in Rome, is a continuation of the well-attended Western Medieval Philosophy Lecture Series started in 2021. It will bring together leading scholars from the US and China to discuss the Angelic Doctor's philosophy and theology of the Natural Law. The colloquium's three lectures will present the foundation concepts in St. Thomas' conception of the natural law and discuss its implications for the philosophy of law in general and hierarchies of goods. Learn more about this lecture series.

This colloquium will be conducted virtually in English and Chinese. The lectures will be recorded and all registrants will receive the recording after the event.
